You could also look at the US Military maintenance manual for the TV-2:

     TM 11-6625-316-35

This has pretty much everything you need to keep the unit is top working
order.  There are several places on the web which have it available as
a PDF file.  (Which is where I got the copy I have for my TV-2/C, but I
can't remember which site.  It may have been BAMA.)
