[Test-Equipment] Can't contact e-Bay seller

I did the very same thing, and after clicking seeing a few Q's and 
A's posted, below it says:

"Did we answer your questions?"

I choose:

"No, I want to contact the seller", I click the Continue button.

I then get the "Sorry" message and no option to contact the seller.

I tried another browser and ... no good either.

I wonder what's up with this...
