[Test-Equipment] Can't contact e-Bay seller

Dave,

If by "the seller's page" you mean one of his auction ad pages you might 
try it again.  I just started from one of his Cisco Router ads and got as far 
as the screen where you enter your question, enter the 6-digit code, and 
click Send.  I didn't actually click Send.
