A assume this is a tube tester. Have you tried in on
any other kind of tube? Can you find a handbook for it at
BAMA or somewhere? Dynamic transconductance testers have a
tube or tubes in them operating as an oscillator, perhaps
ther tube in this one is weak.
It IS possible to have several old tubes which are all
weak but not too likely that they all read exactly the same.
