[Test-Equipment] Repair of HP 8640B

I recently acquired a non functional HP 8640B signal generator.  I started the repair, attempting to fix the 5 volt power card.  I replaced the 723 voltage regulator and the 2n3053 transistor.  I haven't powered it up as yet, sure hope it comes alive.  My problem is no access to HP parts.  I used a replacement 723 reg. and an nec sub for the 2n3053.  The sub for the 3053 is smaller, telling me that it may overheat.  Ate there sources for the HP parts.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
