[Test-Equipment] help with Topward 6303D power supply

[Glenn Little WB4UIV]

I recently bought a 6303D power supply, at a hamfest, knowing that it 
had problems.
Both 30v variable supplies have zero output.
The 5V supply appears to function properly.
Does any one have any information on this supply?
Google provided very little information.
