I have been searching for a decent quality, not too old technology,
4-1/2 digits is plenty, reading speed around 10K counts, accuracy of
.02% is fine, you get the idea.

This is new to me since all I have owned is handheld meters in my 50+
years of electronics. After getting advice from several people, I am
more confused than ever because there are so many used units out there
on the refurbished/used dealers. I like the Agilent/HP equipment but
am open to any other ideas.

I would like to stick to no more than $150, this is just a hobby after
all. Most of my test equipment is Heathkit except for my TEK scope.

Thanks for any advice.
