[Test-Equipment] Module identification

My firs guess with out seeing it and if it has vacuum tubes is that it
is from a TRC-24 maybe transmitter.
Sounds like a module from a TRC-24 vacuum tube transmitter
used in the 60's and 70's.
Does it have a big letter D on the panel?
