[Test-Equipment] HP-11710B Down Convertor manual

Hi folks,
    Last week this item came up & at least 1 person was looking for a manual 
for it, or at least some info.
    Well, it wasn't too much more time/effort involved to scan the whole 
thing, only 20 some pgs.  I did not incl the parts list, 3-4 pgs.  The 
foldout schematics are in 2 or 3 pcs, you will need to cut & paste/tape.
    I ckd the foldouts and looks like there are no missing areas inbetween 
sheets, but did have to take a 3rd sheet on the first one.
