[Test-Equipment] HP manual for 86320A wanted

0.1-2.0ghz downconverter for hp 8620a sweeper,86320a,a service manual
wanted.s/n is 1302A.
Over 20 years ago I bought a few of these,,,but never seen any
manuals.All of my test equipment associates,in southern california and
arizona did not have any either.this series must be extremly unpopular.
If i can just get a schematic diagram,,that will do. Anybody has one?
this unit comes with 86330B 1.8-4.2 opt.001 and 86350A 8-12.4 opt.001
need these schematic too.
