[Test-Equipment] Tek TDR

Hi, I recently purchased a very nice Tek 1503 TDR. Even the battery is 
good and holds a charge!
I have a 1503 manual (from W7FG) that is 'slightly' different from my 
1503 TDR, but in any case, I seem to have a problem.

All the knobs function EXCEPT for the "Zero Ref Set" knob. This knob 
does nothing. I cannot see a pulse on the CRT. The TDR is producing 
pulses, as seen on my 'O' 'scope......
Anyone have any experience with these? Anyone know of a good, 
reasonable, repair center for these?
