[Test-Equipment] Landmark Instruments ?

I'd like people's opinions on what they think are really landmark
instruments in the era between about 1955 and 1995, the kind of things
that made a really big difference on a working engineer's test bench..

I'm thinking of things like the Tek 7000 scopes and the HP 8410 VNA.
