     I found one site offering the manuals for this thing but they 
are about $20 each. This is a pretty typical price for old manuals 
and these appear to be the originals.
     I checked BAMA but there isn't anything there. You may not be 
able to find a freebee.
     I have no idea what kind of testers these are. If they test 
emission only they are not very useful.
