[Test-Equipment] HP pegging meters. An apology

My apology Richard.  obviously I Don't I don't remember who it was, 
because I deleted all those messages.  Man they mount up pretty fast 
when you are following 4 or 5 reflecters.  I still have a 427 and late 
3400.  I'd also like to find a 3406A sampling meter for a good price.  
You know, like new condition and somewhere just above free.
