[Test-Equipment] Need high value cap tester suggestions

Any suggestions on a capacitor tester for high value caps (up to 100,000 uf or so)? 
Everything I have (including a Sprague TO-6A) only goes up to 2,000 uf. I can use my TO-6A 
for leakage tests but what about actually measuring cap values? I went through the Mouser 
catalog but most of their offerings didn't specify range.
