[Test-Equipment] Tunnel Diode

Greetings All,

        Now that the cooler weather is here I am spending more time in
the shop. I am finally getting around to those " NEXT WEEK PROJECTS ", I
have a need for a Tunnel Diode for a Heathkit HM-10A Tunnel Dipper,
Heathkit Part # 56-17. I can't seem to find a standard cross reference
for it. Dose anyone know of a replacement  or a source for it. Any Help
will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
