[Test-Equipment] FS: Heath IM4180 FM deviation meter

Just put a scope on the output of the receiver discriminator.  Calibrate
the voltage vs deviation by bumping the input sig by 5 KHz or some other
known amount.  Works great, and even shows clipping if you use a sine
wave modulation signal.
