Hey, thanks for the Mil # and TM #!  That digs a lot deeper than
I've been able to so far.  BTW, how did you come up with those
IDs?

Well, the Army site drew a blank on that TM, but Google turned up

as having that manual for $9.00., ca 1967 - seems about the right
vintage.
