As to the receiver that you are trying to get a manual on - IF Uncle Sam 
has a copy - it WILL be classified.

I finally got one from Europe.  It isn't "precisely" the same model.  
There is ONE module difference between the manual I have and the radio I 
have - The Video module.

Mine was used by the FCC for monitoring.

Write me direct with what you are trying to do.
