Hi Mike:

Some CEI receivers were used in the process of testing equipment for TEMPEST
requirements. These receivers typically have motor drives on the tuning and IF
bandwidths wider than those found on communication type receivers. See:
http://www.prc68.com/I/CEI.shtml

LOGSA is a secure site that presents a certificate. So my links that went
directly to the search page stopped working a year or two ago. But you can
start at www.logsa.army.mil which jumps to:
https://www.logsa.army.mil/index.cfm?fuseaction=home.main
then navigate to the ETM search page, which will require accepting their
certificate, THEN save a bookmark (which includes the bookmark stuff). Now you
can use your bookmark to go directly to the search page.

Have Fun,

Brooke Clarke
