Im going by what I was told by an old HP tech. The 141T was designed for the 
8552A IF. When the 8552B came out some would work without a mainframe back 
panel terminator and others wouldnt. My B version died and the replacement 
just gives me a dot on the screen.

I dont have a 141T manual, one is on the way, to see what is on those back 
connectors.
