[Test-Equipment] Conar 223 tube tester

I picked one of these up yesterday and I'm wondering what others think of 
its quality and how it compares to various Hickocks and the various TV 
series? Even tho it is a kit (Conar was part of National Radio Institute) it 
seems well constructed of good components.

It came with the manual as well as a bunch of test data updates from 
1968-1975.
