[Test-Equipment] Philco Sierra 164B

Any one have a spare meter for one of the above?
 Its a Simpson 25 uA meter, roughly 2.5 inches round and has special 
scales for  power and VSWR.
They are a taut band suspension movement and mine has a taut band that 
is no longer taut!

 If anyone has successfully replaced the original meter in one of 
these with something else I'd like to get the details.
