The place to buy now is ebay.  I know, not the best place but that is
where all the sellers are.  Look for a scope sold either by someone
selling their own scope that they have used or a _good_ dealer. (look
up his closed auctions.)  Anyone selling his own scope will write quite
a bit of details.  Look for code words like "I don't know anything
about these old scopes" which translates to "it is broken".  If you are
a smart buyer and don't over bid you can get a real nice dual trace
100MHz Textronix scope  for $125 to $150.  Look at the photos and bid
only on scopes where you can see a trace in the photo.
