[Test-Equipment] Triplett VOM fuses

Hi, Gang

I picked up a Triplett model 310 Handi-VOM which had a missing fuse,
type 8AG 1/16 amp.  I was unable to find the fuse at my usual sources,
which either didn't handle that type/value or required a minimum order
of 100 of that size fuse.

Eventually I found action-electronics.com which had them in stock,
at a not-unreasonable cost.  I have no connection to the vender,
except as a happy customer.
