It can't hurt to ask, but the price seems a bit rich to me.  In  comparison, 
I bought on the e-place an HP 8660A with plug-ins for 10 KHz to 110  MHz, 
frequency readout to 1 Hz, and output accuracy of 1 dB.  A  big leap up in 
performance compared to any of the old analog generators, and all  for $300.  It was 
sold as guaranteed functional, but as best I can tell the  calibration is 
still right on.
