[Test-Equipment] Dana EIP 331

Does anyone know where I can get a EIP 331 autohet counter service manual? 
I would like to beg, borrow, buy or ??? a manual. The company that bought 
EIP might have the manual, but they want $250.00 for it. I feel that this 
is a bit much for a 1970's counter that I paid less than $25.00 for. This 
counter covers 825 MHz to 18 GHz. If I cannot find a manual, I guess that I 
will attempt to locate another counter as a parts donor.
