Take a look at < http://www.pomonaelectronics.com/index.php >; Keyword
search for [banana adapter] yields (along with all the expected BNC
stuff) the little 3560 series, banana adapters with sockets (and pins)
is several sizes. Useful for testing through D-connectors, and may fit
your probe-tip pin (.030, .040, .063, .093-inch sizes.) You may have to
use a tab of tape to hold them together, though...
