[Test-Equipment] Sig Gens w/2 out, phase offset?

Requirements:
1MHz; sine wave; 2 independent outputs; adjustable phase offset

I've found these models so far:
  - HP 33120 (+ option 001) two units required
  - HP 33220 (+ option 001) two units required
  - Tektronix AFG320, dual output
  - Tegam 2411B (Swiss), two units required
  - Hameg HM8131-2 (German), two units required
  - Yokogawa SG-120, dual output

Of all these options, the Yokogama is potentially the cheapest (even 
cheaper if a used one can be found!).

Other suggestions are welcome and will be gratefully received.
