   I wrote a complaint to this list a few days ago. I think 
I may have accidently sent it to a member rather than the 
list. If I did this I appologize.
   In any case I finally got the manual I ordered. I don't 
know what happened there. I ordered the manual via their 
e-mail site nearly a month ago and never received any kind 
of acknowledgment.  I tried calling them on the phone but 
never got a reply to messages and was not able to get 
through at all at one point. I sent an e-mail explaining 
what was happening about a week ago. This was responded to 
via e-mail a couple of days later and the manual came today. 
I wonder if there was illness there or something that 
interfered with business. In any case, the manual is of very 
good quality. I am a little put out by the length of time 
and amount of effort it took to get action but it may have 
been an unsual circumstance, I will probably try them again.
   I was able to fix the calibrator, which works fine, but 
did it before the manual came:-) Nonetheless its nice to 
know what the official tuning procedure is.
