I wrote a complaint to this list a few days ago. I think
I may have accidently sent it to a member rather than the
list. If I did this I appologize.
In any case I finally got the manual I ordered. I don't
know what happened there. I ordered the manual via their
e-mail site nearly a month ago and never received any kind
of acknowledgment. I tried calling them on the phone but
never got a reply to messages and was not able to get
through at all at one point. I sent an e-mail explaining
what was happening about a week ago. This was responded to
via e-mail a couple of days later and the manual came today.
I wonder if there was illness there or something that
interfered with business. In any case, the manual is of very
good quality. I am a little put out by the length of time
and amount of effort it took to get action but it may have
been an unsual circumstance, I will probably try them again.
I was able to fix the calibrator, which works fine, but
did it before the manual came:-) Nonetheless its nice to
know what the official tuning procedure is.
