[Test-Equipment] P-ROM Programmer

At a recent hamfest I obtained a Minato Model 1863 P-ROM Programmer. It has 
a connector for RS-232 and a 15 pin connector marked PTR. It appears to 
read EPROMS when run from the keypad. Does anyone know where I can get 
information on the computer commands that this programmer uses? I would 
like to be able to archive EPROMs into a computer. I have done a Google 
search and found nothing meaningful.

Any help greatly appreciated.
