[Test-Equipment] Kay Electric - Kilo-Q Instrument; Op.Manual, Source?

Hi, All--

A colleague has just come into a Kilo-Q meter, by Kay Electric, from 
(probably, roughly) the Fifties.  Apparently (he's hoping) for measuring 
capacitive reactance - at least he wants it for measuring capacitance - 
but needs a manual for operating it.

Any thoughts, likely sources, etc. on an operating manual for same?
