[Test-Equipment] Gertsch FM-3 Frequency Meter

HI I just got me a Gertsch FM-3 20 to 1000 Mhz Frequency Meter and no 
manual. The instructions inside the front cover leaves much to be desired 
and is very confusing to me when using a frequency such as 155.070 Mhz.

Would someone familiar with this frequency meter give me step by step 
instructions for setting it up on 155.070 Mhz? That sure would help a lot 
and help me to understand how to use it. Thanks.
