[Test-Equipment] Gertsch FM-3 Frequency Meter

Hi I have just gotten a Gertsch FM-3 20-1000 Mhz Frequency Meter with no 
manual. I must say that the instructions inside the front cover is not very 
user friendly or I am just a dumb ass. When the explaination is for 84 Mhz 
it seems fairly simple, but when the frequency is 155.070 Mhz it is Greek to 
me. Can someone familiar with this frequency meter use this frequency and 
give me a step by step instructions on setting it up for 155.070 Mhz? I 
would greatly appreciate it and should then understand it better than just a 
simple 84 Mhz.
