[Test-Equipment] AC voltage Standard

I am trying to calibrate a FET VOM I recently got. I have resistance
standards and I have a DC voltage standard. So I was able to check
those scales. But then I got stumped with the AC calibration. I'm
pretty sure I saw something in Ham radio, etc. that showed how to use a
DC standard for AC but I can't find it again. I have an article that
shows a chopper with a DC circuit as a scope calibrator but that is a
square wave. Anything for a sine wave that is not a two week project in
itself?

Yes, I have DVM that I could use as a standard but that is a little
lame. Anything in HR, QST. etc.?
