[Test-Equipment] PEEI Model 105D Power Source

I am looking for a schematic and/or service manual for Pacific Electronic Enterprises, Inc. Model 
105D "Power Source." I tried PEEI but they could offer no help. They don't seem to be into manufacturing any more and I suspect they may have sold the manufacturing division.

The initial problem was fried output transistors and their associated emitter resistors. I have replaced these. 

I get output but can't push the panel voltmeter beyond 40 or so (supposed to go to 150) with the gain wide open. I can do a little better with an external oscillator but the bottom of the waveform clips when I push the drive up. Also, the voltmeter drops when the "Output" switch is turned on even with no load. Is this normal?
