Tektronix scope probes for sale:

P-6006
This 10 X probe is good to 35 MHz, with a 10 M impedance
and 11 pf capacitance.  This one has a 9 foot cable on it.  
Of course it has a BNC connector on the non-probe end.
These seem to be going any place from $35 to $65. 
This one is in nice shape and is $25.

P-6008
This is an extra rugged probe, made to be used with large
temperature variations (good from -50 to +150 degrees C),
although it certainly could be used in "normal" applications 
as well.  One spec I founds listed it as 250 MHz, and another 
at 200 MHz.  Of course it is a 10 X probe, with 10 Meg input
impedance, and 7 pf capacitance, and 3 ns rise time.  These
usually go in the $50 area; I have two nice ones available for 
$30 each.
