[Test-Equipment] What have I bought???

Hello my friends,

I have just bought this item:

What have I bought???. It looked interesting, due to the CRT, speaker(?), 
meters, dial scales, size (it should have tubes inside ;-) !) and 
relatively low price... but does anybody have a guess of what is it?. It 
seems as a kind of frequency measurement system to me. Any clue?
