[Test-Equipment] Looking for HP 54520 Oscilloscope Firmware

Hello,

I have just resurrected an HP 54520C oscilloscope with firmware version
2.00. According to the HP service manuals, there is a version 3.xx for
these scopes. I asked Agilent, but they no longer can provide the
firmware because they dropped this line of scopes from support in 2003.
Does anyone have a copy of version 3.xx (or later)? Apparently, the
upgrade process is a simple matter, done through the scope's built-in
floppy drive.
