[Test-Equipment] HP 8640B Signal Generator

I have a nice Hewlett-Packard 8640B Signal Generator and need a couple of
parts for it:

1.  The plastic bezel running across the top from Left to Right is DEEPLY
scratched and I would like to replace it.
2.  I just broke the lever off the slide switch labeled "FM  
OFF-INT-AC-DC-TEST."  I guess the whole switch needs replacement.

If anyone has the parts or knows where I could get them, I would greatly
appreciate hearing from you.  I would even buy a junker to obtain these
parts.
Any help or advice would be great.  I am sick I just broke the switch.  (I
was able to live with the scratched bezel but the broken switch is another
story)!
In every other way, my generator is in nice working order and in good shape.

Thanks in advance for anyone who might be able to help me or give me some
advice.  I do have a copy of the Operation/Repair/Calibration/Parts manual.
