[Test-Equipment] HP 82906B (GPIB Printer) DIL settings ??

Hi All, I have the above printer ( which I think is a badged Epson RX-80)
and it works fine on the HP-IB with my Series 87 for equipment control and
logging. I have a requirement to use it in a "listen all" mode with some
other (non-HP) kit, but do not have a manual for the printer interface card.
Can anyone supply the DILl setting for the two DIL switches on the GPIB
interface card in the printer. There is one 6 way which has the address on
the 5 LSB ways (from memory) and a 4 way switch which has some odd screen
printing alongside "JNOR, JPET1, JPET2, JPET3 "
