[Test-Equipment] OT: Navy Electronics Technician Manual

Hi all:

While browsing the web, I discovered a USA military publication
"Navy Electronics Technician", which is an excellent training
manual about electronics, communication gear, test equipment, etc.
As it is in the public domain, it is available on several websites
as a purchase (paper, cd-rom or pdf download). 

It is excellent and recommended. As public domain,
it could be available free; anybody know where?
