[Test-Equipment] Interesting item for testing horizontal output tubes

I recently picked up a Seco HC-8. It is labeled "in-circuit current
checker" for horizontal output tubes. I got it because most tube testers
don't really put these tubes through their paces, and I thought it would be
nice to have a dedicated unit that did. I didn't realize that apparently
it's an accessory for a tube tester or other piece of test gear that I
don't have, because there's a three-pin connector on the front (and no
power cord).
So I'd sell it for what I have in it, which is $16 plus shipping.
It's basically a small vertical box with five sockets on top and a meter
and the aforementioned connector on the front. Also on the front, below
each socket, is a list of tube types for which the socket is wired, along
with a current rating for each tube type. The meter reads 0-300ma. The
connector is for a three-pin plug.
Anybody ever seen one of these and maybe even know what it plugs into?
And would anybody like to buy it? It's certainly an interesting item.
Oh, yes--a multiconductor cable runs to each of the tube sockets, and one
wire on the middle socket is broken right at the socket.
