[Test-Equipment] Wahl

I just purchased a Wahl Soldering Iron Tester Model ST2000F.
It needs to be calibrated as I ran a good 700 degree iron on it and it
read out 610.
I opened it but it has about 10 pots in it so I'm sort of lost.
If anyone has any info on this equipment could you please email about
it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
