Elliott,

Unless the list management software has changed and no one told us, it has no 
provision for changing email addresses.  What you have to do is go to the 
site and apply from scratch to join the list under the new email address.  As 
soon as that is approved, set up and working, unsubscribe the old email address.  
Which is also done on the site, not by sending a command message.  A bit 
clunky but actually it usually only takes a few minutes on most lists.
