[Test-Equipment] Simpson 260 meter movement needed

   Newbees FYI, a quick meter movement test is to short out the meters
terminals (with a pen knife or wire) as you rock it back as fourth
gently, when you make contact, the needle should defiantly become
damped.  If the coil is open, it will not change.
