[Test-Equipment] Looking for Fluke 6160B OP/Service manual

Greetings, all. Is there anyone out there with a copy of the Fluke 6160B 
synthesizer operation and service manual that would like to either part with 
it, or allow me to copy some sections? 

I've got one of these beasts, and it's a very nice low phase noise signal 
source when it's running - but mine stopped working one day, and only has ~3 
volts on the 5 volt rail. I don't know yet if the fault is in the power 
supply itself, or the logic loading it down. I'll probably start a normal 
trouble-shooting procedure on it - but the schematics sure would be a help.
