I have an HP 5328a Universal counter i bought.It was blowing fuses and i found out that two caps were shorted.They are small round orange caps HP part No. 0180-0116.Can someone tell me where i may get these from i have a lot of caps but none that value.The value is 8.2pf 35v.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
