[Test-Equipment] Probe Identification

I need some help with the specs on probes I have for my scope.  They are
Tektronix P-6028 and P-6017.  I know they are 1X and 10X respectively
but I don't know the maximum frequency that they would be good for.  I
have a HP 75 MHZ scope and want to make sure they are suitable.  Also I
have a few P-6028's and one has a 30pf input and the other has a 67pf
input.  What is the significance of the different values?
