Hello from Thailand!

I won this Ten Tec QRP transceiver with power supply for $ 160.25. Will
start by cleaning the rig and then hope it will transmit, as the seller
could not verify this. Might be a red flag - how was that, fools and their
money soon getting parted?

Fred strongly advises to shun this auction site and buy from ham websites.
Last week, I bought some keys on www.eham.net and hope the Benchers and the
Vibroplex will be okay. (When I was back in DL, my home country, at the
national hamfest, I used to buy some nice keys from Begali and Scheunemann
(Schurr successor).

When you use CW, QRP can be all you need for a 2000 mile contact. Who has
owned an Argonaut 509?
